Our solution starts with the application process. We help you to manage the unique attributes of each student including their travel-pass eligibility for fully, partial or nil subsidised travel, and their pick-up/drop-off pattern – by day of week and location. This information is used in the passenger manifest to ensure the driver has the right student on the right bus on the right day.
The manifest can also be used for recording on-board attendance (and exceptions to the travel pattern of a student), capturing incidences such as lost property, inappropriate behaviour, and misconduct under the codes or guidelines of the relevant government authority.
Our route mapping tools can be used to refine the most appropriate route (run) a student should use to get to and from school. These route maps can be utilised by first-time drivers on a particular run. If GPS is enabled, we can track the progress of the bus; parents can be alerted (by text or email) of any anticipated delays such as an unforeseen breakdown or road accident which may lead to the bus running late.
